Business Overview
- Industrial plants are rapidly declining demand in domestic shipping plants, but now emerging in Asian developing countries such as Vietnam and in Arab region for power generation facilities, petrochemicals and water pipes.
- Cheongwoo, where 4 of the world's top 10 shipyards are located in the same province, adjacent to Ulsan and Yeosu areas where petrochemical complexes are concentrated for 1-hour travel distance, now produces underground storage tanks, melting tanks, Air-Receiver, CO2 Separator, Platform & Ladder and delivers to leading companies based on its geographical advantages.
- For foreign exports, we have produced and delivered Stack (industrial chimneys), Air-Receiver, CO2 Separator to Ma’aden, Saudi Arabia and HVBF (Horizontal Vacuum Belt Filter Conveyor) to Australia's Jord International Pty.
Promotion Plan
- Cheongwoo has plan for industrial plant promotion to increase overseas exports while meeting domestic demand.
- With 139,298㎡ large-scale production sites and with 254 kinds of machinery i.e. laser cutters, Cheongwoo plan to continue to increase the volume of overseas orders by the assistance of domestic and international industrial plant orders records.
- In addition to Australia's Jord corp. and Saudi Arabia's Aramco, which Cheongwoo has export experience, we are now in quotation for exporting modular and industrial plants to leading foreign companies such as GE In the United States and SIMENS in Germany.
- In accordance with the shipbuilding company’s LNG ship order and their plans to expand the production of various plant ships in the Province, Cheongwoo is preparing to expand the production of plants for the vessel too.
